Castillo 5-for-7 Against Reading Tuesday, June 3rd, 2025 At Paul Owens Stadium Jorge Castillo was the King of Swing today in the 23-5 win over the Rainbows. The Buffalo catcher stepped into the batter's box 7 times against the Reading and delivered 5 hits. It was a sensational game for him. He told the press, "Unbelievable feeling. It felt good. 5 for 7! It does wonders for your batting average, too." Jorge Castillo singled in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, flied out in the 6th, hit a three-run home run off Don Carter in the 7th, hit an RBI single in the 8th and struck out in the 9th.
