Bulldogs Marshall Suffers Injury Friday, September 12th, 2025 It took the Newark team doctor a while to realize it, but first baseman Nick Marshall won't simply play through a broken kneecap after he got hurt making a defensive play in today's Rainbows-Bulldogs game. At first, it looked like Marshall might be back as early as tomorrow, but now the prognosis isn't quite so good; he's expected to miss at least 4 months. This season Marshall is batting .252 with 120 hits and 12 home runs. He has scored 81 times and has 63 RBI. |
