Bearcats García Injured Thursday, September 11th, 2025 Félix García of the Mt Pleasant Bearcats was injured in today's game against Wilmington and had to be helped off the field by the trainers. The initial diagnosis is shoulder inflammation and he is expected to be out for up to 5 months. It happened while García was throwing a pitch. "It hurt a lot, to be honest. I just hope it heals soon and I can get back on the field." García's record up to now is 8-and-8 with no saves and a 4.40 ERA. He has given up 142 hits in 149.1 innings with 132 strikeouts. |
