Hard work, long hours and a tireless resolve paid off for him today in the form of the Northwest League Outstanding Hitter Award. Vadnais hit for a .330 average while collecting 155 hits, 42 doubles, 6 triples, 36 home runs, 117 RBIs and scoring 107 times. Paco Hernández of the Moose Jaw Ghostbusters finished second in voting, while Edwin Ryan of the Bismarck Barons finished third. |
