Charfauros Goes 5-for-5 Tuesday, September 23rd, 2025 5 hits in 5 at-bats. It doesn't happen every day, and when it does, it's exciting. Today Germán Charfauros of the Santa Monica Bruins had a sensational game against District 9 at The Quarantine. He rifled base hits all over the ballpark in his team's 12-2 shellacking of the Prawns. In the postgame press conference he joked, "Heck, that's a week's worth of hitting for me and I did ,it all in one day. I guess I can take the rest of the week off. Right, skipper?" Germán Charfauros singled in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, walked in the 8th and hit a two-run double in the 9th. So far this year Charfauros is batting .271 with 38 home runs. |
