International League Announces July's Top Pitcher Friday, August 1st, 2025 Over the past month José Morán has turned quite a few heads. He's young, talented and able to pitch with the established arms in the International League. He proved all that and now he's been named July's Pitcher of the Month. The rookie for the Indiana Hounds posted 6-0 mark and a 2.11 ERA. In 7 starts he tossed 42.2 innings, permitted 33 hits and fanned 39 batters. Thus far this season, Morán has tossed 66.2 innings in 11 starts, fanned 70 batters, walked 16 and put up a 2.97 ERA with 7 wins and 1 loss. |
