White Pitches Shutout Friday, July 25th, 2025 "He was too darn good for us today," grumbled the Otsego manager after his club suffered a 2-0 shutout at the hands of Cody White of the Blueville 83's. He held the Otsego Bulldogs scoreless in a 5-hit whitewash. White was in a zone of his own most of the game and finished with 12 strikeouts and no walks in a strong outing. In a postgame quote his own skipper added, "He pitched his butt off, had good velocity, good movement and had those guys off balance. Cody did a whale of a pitching job." This season White has compiled a 8-6 mark with a 4.62 ERA. |
