Wright on Fire, Named Player of the Week Monday, July 14th, 2025 The top batter in the International League last week was Jacob Wright, who batted .500 and towered above everybody with a 7-game hitting barrage. During the week Wright banged out a .500 batting average (14-for-28), 2 home runs, 12 RBI and scored 6 runs. Today the Portland first baseman received the ITL Player of the Week Award. On the year Wright has hit .397 with 3 home runs, 15 RBIs and scored 15 runs. |
