Consecutive-Game Hit Streak Continues for Drake Thursday, July 3rd, 2025 Tornados shortstop Ryan Drake has extended his hitting streak to 20 games. He went 4-for-7 in today's game against the Birmingham Barons. Topeka won the ball game 17-1. Ryan Drake hit a solo-shot off Stanley Briggs in the 1st, struck out in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 5th, struck out in the 6th, hit a two-run single in the 7th and grounded out in the 9th. Thus far this season Drake has hit .322 with 2 home runs, 16 RBIs and scored 18 times. |
