Injury Worsens, Return Delayed For Titans Rhodes
Monday, November 3rd, 2025
The Toronto Titans plan to take it slow with reliever Dave Rhodes, knowing that his recovery from radial nerve compression would likely include a few bumps in the road. A team spokesman told BNN, "Dave has up days and down days. It's still a process. He was feeling really good and then he had a step back. The doctors say it will be about one week before he can be activated."
This season Rhodes has chalked up a 3.38 ERA while ringing up 2 saves with 1 win and 1 loss. He has made 40 relief appearances, pitching 45.1 innings, giving up 47 hits, and holding opponents to a .269 batting average. Rhodes has also recorded 47 strikeouts and allowed 13 walks.
