Continental League Selects Best Performer Monday, September 22nd, 2025 The votes have been tallied and the winner of the Continental League Player of the Week has been named. It was awarded earlier today to José Alomar for his great week at the plate. The Portland left fielder took home the trophy by banging out 12 hits in 25 at-bats for a .480 batting average, driving in 10 runs and scoring 6 times. Alomar is hitting .304 so far this season with 106 RBIs and 94 runs scored. He has 147 hits including 30 home runs, 52 walks and .371 OBP. |
