Maize HS Daniels Suffers Injury Friday, May 3rd, 2024 Jeff Daniels at first refused to leave today's Spanish Fork HS-Maize HS game after he suffered a torn meniscus while throwing a pitch. But his manager convinced him not to be foolish. "I want to be on the field," the feisty Maize HS reliever said. "I'll play through just about anything." Given time to reflect on the situation, he knew it was in his best interest to get immediate treatment. The injury is expected to keep Daniels out of action for 4 months. |
