Ferguson Sizzles with 20-Game Batting Streak Sunday, April 28th, 2024 The Tacoma HS Torchmen stopped the Santa Fe HS Chiefs today 15-1 and Millard Ferguson was able to hit safely again. The Tacoma HS third baseman got 1 hit and ran his consecutive-game hitting streak to 20. Ferguson was excited after the victory and told the press, "I want to get a hit every time up. I want to get a hit every game I play. I want to win every game for the greatest fans in the world, Torchmen fans!" Millard Ferguson walked in the 1st, grounded out in the 3rd, singled in the 6th, struck out in the 6th, flied out in the 8th and grounded out in the 8th. Ferguson is hitting .353 this season with 3 home runs, 18 RBIs and 15 runs scored. He has 36 hits in 102 at-bats. |
