5-Hit Barrage by Concepción Saturday, April 13th, 2024 John Jay HS left fielder Esteban Concepción really lit up the Coweta HS Tigers with a 5-hit barrage today at Ghosts Ballpark -- a performance that sparked the Patriots to a 15-7 triumph. He shrugged off the performance after the game and said, "Sometimes the ball finds outfielders, today the ball found some holes." Esteban Concepción singled in the 2nd, singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, singled in the 6th and hit an RBI single in the 7th. This year Concepción is hitting .353 with 18 hits, 1 home run, 12 RBIs and has scored 12 runs. |
