Locke Rips Mountain Pointe HS for 5 Hits Tuesday, April 2nd, 2024 Walton Locke really sizzled at the plate in today's 15-7 win over Mountain Pointe HS. The Santa Fe HS third baseman blistered Mountain Pointe HS for 5 hits in 5 at-bats. "Locke was too tough to get out today," the Mountain Pointe HS skipper said in the postgame interview. "No matter what we threw him, he hit it. And he hit some good pitches, too." Walton Locke hit an RBI single in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, walked in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th, singled in the 7th and hit a three-run home run off Ángel Rivera in the 8th. |
