Buckeyes Come up Short of Playoffs Monday, May 27th, 2024 It's an "empty" feeling for members of the Ohio State Buckeyes, according to the club's manager. That's because the team today was mathematically eliminated from playoff contention. This is the club's 2nd playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2023. In the last 10 seasons, the Buckeyes have missed the playoffs 5 times. In total, the Buckeyes have missed the playoffs 8 times in their 17-year history. Ohio State has won the CWS Championship 2 times in their history. |
