Joe Morgan Suffers Injury Tuesday, May 21st, 2024 Hoyas starting pitcher Joe Morgan will be spending 10 months on the shelf according to his manager. He was hurt in a recent game against Texas throwing a pitch and suffered a torn rotator cuff. The Georgetown GM told BNN no decision had been made on his replacement. He said an announcement was forthcoming, probably tomorrow. This year in 10 starts, Morgan has recorded no wins and absorbed 3 losses. He has pitched 41.2 innings, allowed 40 hits, struck out 46 and has a 4.75 ERA. |
