Southern California's Pedro Flores Injured Tuesday, May 14th, 2024 Pedro Flores expressed his disappointment when he learned that a torn flexor tendon in his elbow would sideline him for 14 months. "I'll just spend a lot of time in the training room and hopefully speed up the healing process. Nobody likes to be out of the line-up," explained Flores. The starting pitcher got hurt in today's game with the Penn State Nittany Lions. He was hurt throwing a pitch. Team officials had no comment on his roster replacement. Thus far this season, Flores has worked 24 innings with 18 strikeouts en route to a 2-1 record and a 5.25 ERA. |
