But Donald Hoover did just that today for the Wolfpack and gave his batting average a healthy boost and sparked his club in the win. "I felt real good in the batter's box today. I had confidence in my swing and knew that it was there and that I could get the job done," the 20-year-old catcher said after his record-setting performance. Donald Hoover hit an RBI single in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th and walked in the 8th.
