Salazar Hits in 20 Consecutive Games Monday, April 29th, 2024 Ricardo Salazar's consecutive-game hitting streak has now climbed to 20 games. The Oregon center fielder smacked 1 hit against Boston College in today's game at PK Park to extend it, but he has mixed emotions about it. After losing to the Boston College Eagles, Salazar told reporters, "I feel good about the streak, but don't feel good when we lose." Ricardo Salazar flied out in the 1st, struck out in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, struck out in the 7th and struck out in the 8th. So far this year in 25 games Salazar is hitting .461 with 2 home runs, 23 RBIs and 19 runs scored. |
