Walsh Sensational, 5-for-5 Thursday, April 25th, 2024 20-year-old Texas Christian first baseman Anthony Walsh had a big day with the bat at PK Park today against the Oregon Ducks. He went 5-for-5 and led the Horned Frogs to a 7-1 triumph over them. Anthony Walsh singled in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Bob Lanning in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit a two-run home run off Theodore Plummer in the 6th and hit an RBI double in the 8th. In 23 games Walsh is hitting .239 this season with 21 hits, 5 home runs, 10 RBIs, 11 walks, .340 OBP and has scored 14 runs. |
