Injury Takes Toll, Ron MacLehose Out Saturday, April 20th, 2024 The Texas Tech Red Raiders will lose the services of reliever Ron MacLehose after he sustained bone chips in his elbow while throwing a pitch in today's game against the Pittsburgh Panthers. "I'll get through it," MacLehose said. "The key now is to stay positive." His trainer said he is expected to be sidelined for 5-6 months. For the season MacLehose is 0-and-0 with no saves and a 7.71 ERA. He has given up 12 hits in 9.1 innings with 6 strikeouts. |
