Star of the Week Picked in APL Monday, July 15th, 2024 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Appalachian League, but last week Dave Hall of the Beaverton Bronze Souls reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Hall rocked opposing pitching for a .565 average (13-for-23), 1 home run and 9 RBIs to come away with the award. During the current season Hall is batting at a .280 clip with 11 home runs and 55 RBIs. He has played in 73 games and scored 55 times. |
