Super Swinger -- Sánchez Slams 5 Hits Tuesday, June 18th, 2024 It was an almost perfect day for Júlio Sánchez today at Dirty South Park. The Dirty Snow shortstop was sensational at the plate with 5 base hits in 5 tries, it just wasn't enough to beat the State College Spikes. They spoiled his great day with a 11-8 win over Detroit. Júlio Sánchez hit an RBI single in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 7th and singled in the 9th. Thus far in 2024 Sánchez is hitting .257 with 1 home run, 29 RBIs, 34 runs scored and has compiled a .322 OBP. |
