Costa Earns June's Top Batter Prize in ESL Monday, July 1st, 2024 Mt Pleasant Bearcats fans believe they've got a talented young star in José Costa. He did nothing to dissuade that notion in June, as he hit .351 with 10 home runs, 32 RBIs and 20 runs scored. The end result was the center fielder being named the Eastern League Batter of the Month. In this current campaign Costa is hitting at a .317 clip with 19 home runs and 69 RBIs. |
