Brenner's Strong Week Earns ESL Trophy Monday, May 20th, 2024 26-year-old Raynard Brenner made a few Kingston headlines during this past week as the rookie third baseman proved he could compete at the plate with his high-school idols. He captured the attention of fans, journalists and Eastern League officials last week and today took home Player of the Week honors for his effort. He cracked 11 hits in 21 at-bats to put up a .524 average. Brenner collected 4 home runs, 8 RBIs and scored 6 runs. Brenner is batting at a .265 pace this season, picking up 31 hits in 117 at-bats with 7 home runs, 24 RBIs and 17 runs scored. |
