Jeremy Murray put together a very solid month to take home the Eastern League's top pitching honor in August. The 24-year-old reliever threw like a veteran. In 15 relief appearances he raked in 3 saves and 27 strikeouts in 24.2 innings as he put together his 6-1 record and 1.09 ERA. To this point in the season Murray has 12 saves in 46 relief appearances with a 9-1 record and 1.76 ERA. |
