Isenhood Batters Wichita Big Time Sunday, August 25th, 2024 Alden Isenhood had an answer for everything the Wichita Wranglers threw him today in the West Virginia 8-3 triumph at Wrangler Stadium. He made good contact 5 times and 5 times he drilled the ball for a base hit. The West Virginia second baseman went 5 for 5 in the game to put his name in the record book. Summing up his batting philosophy to BNN writers after the game, Isenhood said, "I just see the ball and I hit it." Alden Isenhood singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, doubled in the 6th and hit an RBI single in the 7th. This year Isenhood has hit at a .326 clip with 13 RBIs, no home runs and 14 runs scored. |
