August's Premier Pitcher Announced By PCL Sunday, September 1st, 2024 Wilson Flores was a long shot to make the District 9 Prawns this year, especially being a 30-year-old rookie. Now the District 9 hurler has parlayed a 5-1 record into the Pacific Coast League Pitcher of the Month award. In August, he chalked up 30 strikeouts in 39.1 innings and compiled a 3.20 ERA. So far this season Flores has compiled a 10-3 record with a 4.78 ERA. |
