ITL Star of the Week Honored Monday, June 17th, 2024 27-year-old Miguel Rosa made a few Tuscaloosa headlines during this past week as the rookie left fielder proved he could compete at the plate with his high-school idols. He captured the attention of fans, journalists and International League officials last week and today took home Player of the Week honors for his effort. He cracked 11 hits in 27 at-bats to put up a .407 average. Rosa collected 5 home runs, 10 RBIs and scored 12 runs. For the year Rosa is batting .237 with 16 home runs, 42 RBIs and 48 runs scored. |
