The International League West club have battled to the bitter end and have come up with a wild card berth. "It's pretty satisfying to clinch the playoffs so late in the season," said reliever Bernardo Hernández. "You start to doubt yourself and wonder if you can even make it." But the Hounds have in fact made it, with their 92-70 record holding up to now give them a chance at the franchise's 2nd International League championship. |
