Wisconsin Reliever Out Sunday, September 22nd, 2024 After the end of today's game between Wisconsin and Trenton, Dave Carbone skipped the clubhouse and headed straight for the doctor's office. After he was removed from the game as a precaution after throwing a pitch, the Timber Rattlers had their worst fears confirmed when it turned out to be more serious. The reliever will miss at least 4 months with a torn back muscle. Checking out his season stats to date, Carbone has no saves in 14 relief appearances with a 2-10 record and 6.67 ERA. |
