Title Captured - International League South Won By Tuscaloosa Thursday, September 12th, 2024 Tuscaloosa Trout Slayers fans are walking a little prouder today after their team officially clinched the International League South. "There's no reason to believe we can't win it all," left fielder David Murphy said bluntly. "Whether or not we're favorites, we can definitely do what it takes to bring the ITL Championship home to Tuscaloosa." The division crown is the 16th for the Trout Slayers. The club will be looking for its 10th ITL Championship victory. Team manager Yu-eh Kwan said "preparation and focus" will be key to bring home the championship. |
