Rodríguez Goes 5-for-6 Against Wisconsin Monday, August 19th, 2024 Arturo Rodríguez of the Hounds was unstoppable in today's 14-2 victory over the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers at County Stadium. He battered them for 5 hits in 6 at-bats. "Boy, I was on the mark today," said the Indiana left fielder after the game. "I could see the ball real well. It's a great feeling to do this. And besides, 5-for-6 won't hurt your batting average like 0-for-5 will." Arturo Rodríguez singled in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Jamie Lawson in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, struck out in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off Richard Hardin in the 7th and hit an RBI single in the 8th. In 15 games this season Rodríguez is batting .333 with 17 hits and 4 home runs. He has scored 15 runs and driven in 10. |
