Ouch! Teruo Sato Shelved by Injury Sunday, August 11th, 2024 Earlier today, Chicago starting pitcher Teruo Sato had to leave the game against Portland because of an injury. Team officials are reporting that he has a torn rotator cuff and will miss 4-5 months of play. Sato was hurt throwing a pitch and was unable to continue playing. He will be evaluated this afternoon by team physicians. On the year Sato has compiled a 5-13 mark with a 6.85 ERA. |
