Injury Worsens, Return Delayed For Calrissian Wyeth Monday, October 14th, 2024 A bit of bad luck has fallen on the Orlando Calrissian today as they learned that left fielder Leo Wyeth had suffered a setback in his recovery from torn ankle ligaments and will miss more time than expected. The team's doctors had been optimistic about the player's return date, but have now rescinded the original date. The initial guess at how much more time he'll miss is 7 weeks. Wyeth currently has a .273 batting average with 109 hits, 16 homers, 51 RBIs, 51 runs scored and a .369 OBP. |
