Bad News for Looters, O'Loan Injured Sunday, October 13th, 2024 The New Orleans Looters learned that Dave O'Loan is likely to be out for 6 weeks after he injured himself colliding with a player at a base in today's game against the Niagara Falls Frenzy. A round of tests by the team doctor revealed the injury to be a knee sprain. Upon hearing the diagnosis, the New Orleans manager told the press, "As you all know, we can't control injuries -- they are a part of the game. We just have to do the best we can until Dave is back in action." O'Loan is batting .300 with 18 home runs and 60 RBIs this season. |
