D-Bags Captures Wild Card Wednesday, October 2nd, 2024 For a team that has never won a BSA Championship, how you get to the postseason isn't the important part. The important part is simply that you get there and thus, the Jersey Shore D-Bags excitedly celebrated their Continental League wild card berth tonight. "There's only one thing that everyone on this team wants and that's to be champions. We want to bring a title home to Jersey Shore and this is the first step," said starting pitcher Roland Martin. "Of course we would have loved to win the division, but we look forward to the challenge ahead." It will be the 1st Baseball Stars Association championship in franchise history for the team if they can pull it off. "That's the ultimate goal," added the starting pitcher. |
