José Alomar Shelved by Injury Sunday, September 29th, 2024 The Portland Philospher Kings will lose the services of left fielder José Alomar after he sustained a strained rib cage muscle while making a defensive play in today's game against the St Charles Sheens. "I'll get through it," Alomar said. "The key now is to stay positive." His trainer said he is expected to be sidelined for 3 weeks. For the year Alomar is batting .318 with 38 home runs. |
