Tropics Jesús Espinoza Hurt Monday, September 23rd, 2024 Earlier today, Maui third baseman Jesús Espinoza had to leave the game against San Francisco because of an injury. Team officials are reporting that he has a sprained ankle and will miss 2 months of play. Espinoza was hurt colliding with a player at a base and was unable to continue playing. He will be evaluated this afternoon by team physicians. In his 2024 season totals, Espinoza has 20 home runs, .281 BA, .327 OBP, 74 RBIs and 75 runs scored. |
