Vista Announces Piniella Will Retire Sunday, September 15th, 2024 Warren Piniella is known as one of the hardest workers in Baseball Stars Association, but that body of work will come to a close at season's end. "I'm going to hang up the spikes," the 38-year-old Vista Panthers reliever confirmed today. "I've busted my butt for years for this sport and I'm grateful for all that I've accomplished in baseball." In his career Piniella has collected 181 victories and 130 defeats along with 2 saves. He has a 3.89 ERA and has struck out 1919 in 2647.1 innings. |
