Big Day with Bat: Harris 5-for-6 Thursday, April 20th, 2023 The Jeffersonville-Youngsville Central HS Trojans upended the Rocky Point HS Eagles at Ballpark of Sterling HS today in large part to shortstop Jerry Harris, who had a smashing day with the bat -- he racked up 5 hits in 6 at-bats -- and help propel the Trojans to a 16-3 victory. Jerry Harris doubled in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, hit a two-run double in the 4th, doubled in the 6th and struck out in the 8th. In his 2023 season totals, Harris has 1 home run, .283 BA, .382 OBP, 11 RBIs and 10 runs scored. |
