Pittsburgh Season Won't End with Playoffs Wednesday, May 24th, 2023 Aaron Grizzle of the Pittsburgh Panthers said it's a "bitter disappointment" for he and his teammates to not make the playoffs. But that's what they are now having to deal with as the club was mathematically eliminated today. Pittsburgh last appeared in the postseason in 2017. This is their 6th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 14 times in their 16-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Panthers have missed the playoffs 8 times. |
