McDonald Hit String Snapped at 22 Sunday, May 7th, 2023 Ken McDonald came into the today's game against Seton Hall rolling along with a 22-game hitting string, but he left it on the field at Owen T. Carroll Field. The 19-year-old Mississippi State first baseman went 0-for-4 against the Pirates as the Bulldogs were beaten 7-6.
