Bailey Torches Rebels for 5 Hits Friday, April 28th, 2023 Cincinnati first baseman Joe Bailey had the hot hand today in the game against the Rebels at Swayze Field. He scorched Mississippi pitching for 5 hits and paced the Bearcats to a 9-2 victory. Joe Bailey singled in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Martin Miller in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, flied out in the 7th, singled in the 8th and singled in the 9th. This year Bailey has hit at a .396 clip with 44 hits, 8 home runs, 25 RBIs and 23 runs scored. |
