APL Star of the Week Picked Monday, September 11th, 2023 Paul Martin is respected by most Tolland Singrays fans for his no-frills style of play. The 22-year-old first baseman went about his business with vigor last week to grab the Appalachian League Player of the Week honors. He compiled a .379 average (11-for-29) with 5 home runs, 13 RBIs and 10 runs scored. So far this season Martin has 10 home runs and a .285 batting average. |
