Fernando Mendoza Sidelined for 8 Months Saturday, July 1st, 2023 It was announced today in BlackIron that Dragons reliever Fernando Mendoza will be on the mend for 8 months because of a torn labrum he sustained in a recent game against the West Palm Reds. Mendoza was injured throwing a pitch. Season-to-date Mendoza has no saves in 6 relief appearances with a 2-6 record and 4.25 ERA. |
