Super Swinger -- Hart Slams 5 Hits Thursday, June 8th, 2023 22-year-old Gainesville first baseman Ed Hart had a big day with the bat at Paradise Park today against the West Virginia Power. He went 5-for-6 and led the Guidos to a 18-3 triumph over them. Ed Hart hit a solo-shot off Mark Sanders in the 2nd, singled in the 3rd, doubled in the 4th, struck out in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 7th and doubled in the 8th. Thus far this season in 45 games Hart is batting .252 with 3 home runs, 23 RBIs and 17 runs scored. He has 39 hits in 155 at-bats. |
