NWL Star of the Week Named Monday, September 4th, 2023 So far in his young career, Daryl Floyd has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Northwest League in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 23-year-old Menlo Maniacs left fielder hit at a torrid .458 clip as he collected 11 hits in 24 at-bats, 4 home runs, 10 RBIs and 10 runs scored. Floyd is swinging at a .325 pace on the year with 28 home runs, 97 RBIs and 95 runs scored. He has played in 97 games. |
