Santos Gets NWL Batter of the Month Trophy Tuesday, August 1st, 2023 José Santos put together a good July to earn the Northwest League Batter of the Month prize. A virtual unknown, he made the most of his chance to prove to La Crosse officials that he belongs on the big league roster. The Loggers right fielder posted a .434 batting average with 9 home runs, 26 RBIs and 25 runs scored. Santos is hitting .359 this year with 18 home runs and 74 RBIs. He also has an OBP of .427, 46 walks and scored 65 times. |
